Role in the Campaign
Peltin is a missing worker in Dravenmere, linked in Session 74 to the case of the missing child Edrin Halvek. According to worker Tarek Lo, Peltin was last seen at a small lift below the docks — a lift used for VIPs and goods. Records showed that Jor Pell worked with Peltin on the day he disappeared, and the party obtained Peltin’s address to investigate.
In Session 75, the party used Peltin’s address to search his trapped house in the Minrogh Quarter. Inside, a series of traps awaited — set off by Kailas to protect the others — and the party found an interesting clue bearing a symbol, as well as a cryptic document containing directions and a number of steps. Whatever the clue points toward, it is connected to the hidden Riverworks deep in the mountain.
In Session 77, the party killed Peltin in the caverns of the Riverworks, confirming he was a member of The Cradle all along — not just a victim of the disappearances. On his body, Sneid Arkmos found a note bearing the mysterious symbol, with information about the missing child Edrin Halvek.
