The Highwind Registry Customs Office is part of the Highwind Registry — the body that registers the skyships docking in Dravenmere. It was here that the party, guided by a guard after asking about the missing children, dug into the city’s records of missing people.
The office’s head of security is Kazrik Stoneguard. One employee, Seln Varro, secretly helped the party.
