Session 75 - The Missing Boy
A boy has gone missing in Dravenmere, and finding him means free passage. The party descends into the Minrogh Quarter, springs a trapped worker’s house for a cryptic clue, and descends even deeper — a broken lift dropping Sneid, Dristuul, and Jaruul into the Riverworks beneath the mountain.
A Missing Boy
- Dristuul continued to share a drink with Torvek Dun at Drun Docks.
- Dristuul tried to convince Torvek to trade for a discount on their travel.
- The group met back up. Snide revealed that a boy had gone missing — and if the party found him, they would be given free passage.
The Minrogh Quarter
- The group took the elevator down into the Minrogh Quarter, heading to the house of the missing worker — Peltin — who was probably connected to the kidnapping.
- Inside the house, the party triggered one of the traps.
- Kailas made his best effort to trigger every trap he could find in order to protect the others.
- Inside, they found an interesting clue with a symbol, as well as a cryptic document containing directions and a number of steps, before returning to the Customs Office.
- Nobody had any idea what the symbol meant, so the group decided to go deeper to meet someone who might know more.
The Service Elevator
- The group split up. Snide, Dristuul and Jaruul took the service elevator, while the others used the regular elevator.
- Unfortunately, the service elevator malfunctioned and carried the three deep into the mountain, eventually stopping at the Riverworks.
- Thankfully, they emerged unharmed, and followed the only path they could find.
- After getting lost, they remembered that one of the clues from the house contained instructions for a path.
- Dristuul took the lead, following the instructions in an attempt to find whatever is hidden within the Riverworks.
