- Kailas’s ritual: Wore the ring of Tiamat. Saw Tiamat’s five dragon heads and endured fire breath.
- Found himself on an island surrounded by lava, fought flaming wisps, fire giants, and a giant statue of himself
- Kailas was transformed into a plant multiple times during the trial
- Defeated the statue and caught the awakened Pyremaul
- Couldn’t remove the ring afterward — felt an unnatural pull from Tiamat
- Theros cast Sleep on Kailas, then Moelwyn and Korin worked together to remove the ring
- Kailas passed out from the ordeal
