Session 2 - The Road to Salsvault
A retroactive summary of the party’s earlier journey toward Salsvault, before the events in Dumglod.
Summary
- The party was on the way to Salsvault, the ruined lab where Ariameia was originally found, and where the cure for the Frigid Woe that afflicted Dristuul and Palebank Village was located
- Encountered a group locked in combat with a Frost Giant. The party wisely decided not to join that particular fight.
- The group consisted of Kallum, Ronbok, Krie, and Neerah (an acquaintance of Theros)
- After brief introductions, both groups decided to camp together for the night
- Dristuul stole the Bottomless Flask from Ronbok — because of course he did
- The groups parted ways the following morning
- Hours later, the party found a recently destroyed camp with several bodies — two of them looked disturbingly “similar” to Ronbok and Krie
