Session 16 - The Plane of Mechanus
- Started the session at Vokarth Academy
- Jaruul mentioned having a strange dream but refused to give any details
- The director Thalorin Dreyne distributed rewards to the party for their efforts defending the academy
- Jaruul heard the sound of many clocks ticking from a distant, otherworldly place
- He asked to examine Dristuul’s pocket watch. While holding it, Korin noticed an unhealthy fixation in Jaruul’s eyes and tried to take the watch back — both of them vanished instantly, transported to another dimension
- The rest of the party touched the watch and were also transported
- Battled five constructs in the plane of Mechanus
- Met Primus, the One and Supreme, leader of Mechanus
- Primus told them he had been defeated by Orcus, and his essence was fragmented as a result
- He had sent shards of himself out to find capable bodies that could help restore order in Mechanus
- One shard could fix the flaw left by his defeat and take his place
- Primus disappeared; the clocks spun rapidly and the party was teleported back to Vokarth Academy
